Return Policy
- Firstly We're sorry to hear you've had issues with your product. In case of defective product received, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- We would request you to please double-check the product description section before ordering.
A refund will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing an order. (If the product is damaged, Duplicate or quantity varies).
The return will be processed only if:
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you
- The product is returned in its original condition
- Customer must take an unboxing video.
How long would it take me to receive the exchange of my return?
The exchange time depends on the arrival of the product at our warehouse. Exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 days after we receive your return.
Will it cost me to return the product in case of defect?
You will not be charged for returning the product. The cost of returning the product will be borne by us. The only thing you need to take care is that the product packaging and tag must be in original place and in proper & unaltered condition and should not be damaged on your side.
The product i want to replace to is not available at your store?
We are sorry about the unavailability of the product, the replacement of merchandise, is subject to its availability at that point of time.
I received the wrong product, what to do?
If you received the wrong item from what you originally ordered please contact us right away and we will take care of the problem. It’s pretty unusual, but we admit we’re not perfect and we can make a mistake.
Potential issue of a wrong product can be Misprinting, Damaged or defective Item, Items Lost in Shipment, Broken Products Received, or any other issue.
In the above cases, it should be communicated to us within 24 hours of receiving products.
On verification, we shall issue a new shipment with the product. In such case only exchange is possible and not return.
When a product can’t be returned?
- If the product is damaged at customer's end or used even once (We do take photos of the product just before shipping and we would suggest same to the customer - 360 degree unboxing parcel video required in case of any damage or wrong and missing item - Issue must be clear in video without any pause or cut and reported within 24 hours of receiving parcel.)
Is the pickup of product the arranged by kama organic?
The pick facility is available for few pin codes. You can check your pin codes for pickup delivery and if not available you can ship the product on the address as above.
Is return applicable on offers/sale/clearance products?
If the product is bought under any particular offer/Sale/Clearance, the products can’t be returned, refunded or exchanged. More over the offers can’t be clubbed with each other.
What if the packaging of the product (the outer layer) is slightly damaged during the transit?
If the outer packaging of the product i.e. the container/cover/bubble wrap etc. is damaged, please look for the actual product.
What if you simply don’t like the product or ordered it by mistake?
- We recommend reading the entire product description, guide and information before ordering. You can surely process the return in case of manufacturing defect. The defect must be reported within the 24 hrs of receiving the product with clear images and videos of the actual defect.
What if you simply don't like the quality?
We understand that quality is the most important factor in ordering, so we make certain that you receive the highest quality product. But we also want to point out that everyone's definition of quality is different. It may be the best buy and value for money for some, but not for others.
Disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gandhinagar
